With continued focus on product in the Northeast Dallas submarket, Stream’s Cannon Green, Matt Dornak and Ryan Wolcott will lease the 472,200 square foot property located at 3737 Miller Road in Garland, Texas.

Managing Directors and Partners, Cannon Green and Blake Kendrick of Stream will oversee leasing of Lakeside Trade Center 1 and Lakeside Trade Center 3 located on Enterprise Road in Flower Mound, Texas.
